Question lower anchors and tethers
Does any body know if there are lower anchors and tethers on 99-02 model 4runners thanks

I have a '99 SR5 and do not have the lower anchors and tethers, hope this helps.

Definetly not on a 1999 and I really dont recall hearing they were on any 4R up to and including 2002.
