Looking for part number for exhaust cross over pipe

Can someone tell me the name/part number for what is labeled 4 in this photo? I have a 1997 4Runner Limited and that pipe that goes behind the engine that connects to both the exhaust manifolds and joins at a Y to the exhaust system/muffler.

Anyone know how hard this is to change? A while ago there was a guy on here from TX who worked at a Yota shop who offered discounts for people from Yotatech, that still available? Mine is loud and bugging me, not sure it's $200 worth of trouble though.

Are you sure it's not just bad gaskets at each connection?

I believe the heat shield (not sure the tech term) is loose and rattles, might be gaskets too. Had this truck for 4 hours and never had the issue, it's gotten louder over the past few months.

Its a pain in the butt, you'll need 4 new gaskets and I highly recommend atleast 3 new exhuast studs and 6 new nuts. They tend to strip and brake off.
