Locker avail <2000, and heated seats avail >2001 (4Runners)??

Locker avail <2000, and heated seats avail >2001 (4Runners)??
I just wanted to confirm two facts that I have learned through the FAQ and the archives. If I'm reading this right, heated leather seats are only avail in 2001+ Limited models, and a rear factory locker is only available up to 2000???

You want heated seats that bad, huh? Just swap out the seats from a 2001+. Personally I hate those things. They make my butt tingle and I'm not into that.

I have the heated seat in my Vdub. The girlfriend loves it since she always feels cold and I quickly feel warm. If you get into a cold car you have almost instant heat with the electric seats. I guess it depends a lot of the climate where you live.
