lift just enough to clear 265/75/16 firestone M/T's
I have a 99 4 runner with the shorter springs, What spring combo should I get?
I want to lift it as little as possible just to get the bigger tires stuffed in there w/o rubbing. (i want to make it less tippy as possible.) And one more thing, there is cargo in the back most of the time, and I tow a boat with lots of tongue weight.
My current shocks are Bilstein HD's
What worked for you yotatechers?

Now if you want to increase the rears carrying capacity you can go with Old Man Emu 906 coils. They will give a little lift (1"-2") and handle weight better. The stock coils are ~160# spring rate and the 906 are 220#. You don't need longer rear shocks to run them either.

I forgot to mention that my truck came with the weak ass 225/75/15 tires from the factory, are You POSITIVE nothing will rub? I'd hate to drop like $900 and have to do it twice, I dont wanna lift b/c I take corners like a madman and dont wanna flip lol

I get a bit of rubbing in my 98 with 265/75 on custom wheels but its very minimal on the very inside edge of the front mudflap. I've trimmed a little bit but I need to trim just a hair more. On stock wheels you may or may not rub depending on the specific tire choice you go with. They should fit without much hassel. Worst case scenario if you don't want to trim anything is you put a 1" body lift on if you have any rubbing. They are pretty cheap and technically would raise your center of gravity less than a 1" suspension lift. I know that a lot of people dont like them but 1" is no big deal in my opinion.

x2 Gerdo/Wab fab. Throw them on there and see if it rubs. Every truck is different. If you do have to trim, it will be minimal, like pinchweld pounding. It's not like you're going to have to tub your fenders to fit 32's.

IF, IF, IF they rub it will be minimal. My 265/75-16s only rubbed at full stuff to the bumpstops on the tops of the inner wheel well. I did get more when I added my 1.25" wheel spacers. Still not much.
