Lift (jack) 4Runner from TJM?

Can the TJM bumper be used to lift a 4Runner? Are there lift points that a hi-lift can use or must I fabricate them?
Thanks,
Mike

I don't see why not. As long as the nuts and bolts holding the bumper channel to the brackets are good and tight, you should be fine. I managed to bring the full weight of the front end down on mine a couple times while trying to negotiate an obstacle on a trail. They will take the beating!

To second that, check out TJM's web page. Don't know if it still there, but there was a guy who wrote to them about hitting a deer at 75MPH and he shows pictures of his TJM. Probably exagerated, but cool wither way.

your TJM doesnt allow you to take off at speeds in excess of 55mph???

the sides of the bumper (aka wings) make for a great spot to lift the vehicle with.

these wings are the pieces that attach to the bumper with 3 bolts.
