I don't think you can repair a leaking rack. You need a new one. Mine is leaking too, I keep filling the p/s fluid up hoping to keep it going. A new one from Toyota is over $600!

not to familiar with the newer trucks, but the older boxes are fairly easy to rebuild.
Before you spend too much coin, I have had VERY good success with the lucas power steering stop leak, or w/e it is called. I have used it on my old leaky E30 steering rack; it stopped that leak. I have used it on my leaky box on my yota, it stopped that leak. I recommend.
The way I use it is, let your system basically leak all the way down, or until you don't have power steering. Then fill the system, through the reservoir. Might wanna try, costs like 10 bucks

Depending on what year your truck is and i assume its a 3rd gen you can rebuild the rack no matter where it leaks its just if its worth it to you. i had a leak on the top portion not at the inner & outer tie rods and the kit only cost like 80 bucks. ofcourse a rebuilt rack is about 290 and in our club there is a guy who is selling a used rack and pinion for 150 plus shipping.
