just ordered toytec lift, is 3" too high???
I just ordered a toytec 3" spacer lift for front with diff drop and coil in the rear and a TJM17 front bumper for my 1997 4runner. my ? is, is 3" too much lift in front for the cv's or am I fine with the added weight of the bumper,? also what is the largest tire without rubbing with stick wheels? thanks

285's should fit fine. You may have to shave the upper a-arms if you're using stocks rims; they will rub there if you don't. Lift sounds about right with the heavier bumper, but keep an eye on the CV's to make sure.

I just installed the same. Without the TJM bumper. But I got the AAL's for the back. I noticed a slight vibration in the front, and I'm thinking that I need the diff drop to cure it. I haven't got any positive response on that yet, but that's my thoughts.
