Just did steering rack bushings
Overall it was a simple job, took about an hour and a half from start to finish. I found that an old clutch alignment tool works awesome to pound the old bushings out, only took a few hits. The steering is quite a bit more responsive, probably because I had about a 1/4" of play in the old ones.

Did mine a while back, the original ones weren't bad. I didn't notice a major difference, but it feels good to have it done anyway.
Vibrations will be more prominent, because the ply bushings are stiffer and absorb less. That's why you get tighter steering response.

I could feel my rack bouncing around over bumps and steering was sloppy. After I installed the bushings, the steering is crisp and no more slop over bumps.
I got mine from Summit racing. I'll get a part #

I fell no vibration at all. Mine is the energy suspenion kit. I read that alot of people had to drill out the 3/4" sleeve but mine came with 2, I used the bigger one and the bolt fit perfect.

Mine should be here by the end of this week. I know it will help huge considering I can see the rack moving around. It's very prominent. I'm wondering about the bump stops and sway bar bushings I got too though.

It does become a little less pronounced over time though.
