Jerky motion at low RPMs

I have a 88 4runner with a v6/5-speed. It has 230k miles on it and it does need a new engine in the next few months. Anyways, the problem I have is I got a jerky motion at low idle and forward speed - say under 1500 RPM in either 1st or 2nd gear. It feels like it's about to stall. I push the clutch (& place in N) in when it slows down and it's fine. The idle is fine but I haven't checked the timing. The TB is clean and new air filter. So now it's the drivetrain, I think?

Could the driveshaft cause this jerk motion?
Bad clutch?
Bad throw out bearing?
Tranny going bad?

Any ideas?
