Installation of factory fender flares?

I just bought a set of the black oversized factory fender flares to install on my 98 tacoma. Anyone have any advise on the best way to install them. Deffinitely could use some insight on the best way to figure out where to drill the holes in my fenders.

I guess since they're after market, you have to drill holes? I have a 3rd gen runner and my flares are very similar to the stock Tacos. Doesn't your fenders already have the holes? I just thought that Toyota would have these already done. If I was no help, sorry.

These are not after market flares, and the fenders do not already have the holes drilled. Does anyone else have any ideas on the best way to install these? I'm not really sure how to figure out where to drill the holes. Anyone know of any templates or anything?

When I put on my bushwacker flares they came with flathead, black, self-tapping screws so no drilling was necessary. You can pick up self tapping screws and Lowes or Home Depot or any auto parts store. The flares had sort of a dimple where the screws were to be set. I think I put screws every 6 inches or so. I would recommend getting the rubber gasket from the toyota dealership that sets between the flare and the truck. I believe that the tech section has a write up about fender flare installation. The easiest way to do it is to remove the tire, or if you have a angle drill you can turn the tire in and out to give you enough room to work. Its really pretty easy. I think the OEM flares or aftermarket would be the same installation process.
