Install tips needed: Walbro 255L in 1998 4Runner
Good day,
I am considering installing a Walbro 255L pump in my SC 4Runner. I would like to know:
1) Do I need to drop the tank to install ? If so, how difficult is the job and should I get any spare parts (hangers etc.) to insure quick install.
2) Has anyone experienced any problems using this pump?
NOTE: I installed the same pump in my Subaru STi.. it works great. Was able to install without pulling the tank (access port exists in cabin)
Thanks,
Jeff B
