Inner Tie rod / rack end?
Are these the same thing? I'm getting quoted different prices. The dealership said I needed my inner tie rods replaced because they could not give me an alignment. Does anyone know if this is the right part number?

wtf...the lady at toyotaparts4u said these were the inners. Do you have the inner part number? Check it out...

Here is a quote on the inner tie rod ends, also 2 nuts that go on the part that go into the steering gear rack, you may not need them though.
90170-20003 NUT, HEXA 0.94 each x 2
45046-39335 END SUB-A 40.78 1
45047-39215 END SUB-A 40.78 1
SHIPPING $12.00
TOTAL $95.44

Goto www.1sttoyotaparts.com and type in the part number in their search.
45046-39335 & 45047-39215 both come back as outer tie rod ends (left and right).
I'm not sure what the part # is for the inner tie rod (or 'rack end') but if you search for the key words "inner tie rod" it comes back at $99.18 (note: the part is the same for both left and right sides)
