Welcome to the board. I'm no pro but when I see something that says "Miles unknown" I stay away from it. Also, it may be nice that the black runner has big tires and possibly a lift, but it also means it may have been subjected to off road abuse and unless you are the one who has done it, you have no idea where it has been.

Also, private sellers, in my opinion, are always better than a dealer.

The first one is almost exactly like mine. With that said, the V6 auto with bigger tires is really going to hurt power unless it has been regeared. If it came with 31s from the factory it will be better but you should check on it. Just look at the tire size on the sticker inside the door.

I wouldn't get anything other than a 5 speed. That would be my choice. Do some searching on 2nd gen head gasket recall. You will find some very interesting information.

I like the white one. Look careful for rust if MN means Minnesota. Your power will feel better with the 5 speed. Check the VIN at the dealer to see if it has had the head gaskets done. White won't be as hot in the So Cal sun.

whitey with the 5-sp all the way. I've heard a lot of complaints about power with the slushbox. AND white is easier to keep clean! (Sorry, im a car wash boy, this is a priority for me) Good luck!
