I'm happy with MPG

A couple months ago I had to replace my A/F sensor on my 2001, 2.7 Tacoma extended cab and while I was at it I replaced my plugs, cleaned the other sensors and the throttle body. The PCV valve was replaced a few thousand miles ago.The air cleaner was replaced a few weeks ago so I was good to go. Around town and some short trips it seemed like it was getting much better gas mileage then the 18-19 around town, highway and off road that I was getting lately but I never went far enough to really check it on the highway. This weekend I drove 900 miles and I got a consistent 22.7 MPG and that was with an extra #500, 31.5" tires and the air on most of the time. This was driving from south central WV ( Charleston) to central (Akron area) OH. The cruise was set on 68 mph most of the way and this test also included about 130 miles start and stop city driving so I figure this was a good average driving for most of us on a trip, Mike
