"ill give it to you for invoice"
im dealing with a fleet manager at walnut creek toyota and he says he will give any 4runner of my choice at invoice the one i want goes as follows:

v8
sunroof
spoiler
115v power outlet
drl
electrochromatic rearview mirror
for about $30,500 and 33,500 out the door which includes 8.25 tax and reg and license and oh yeah 6 for gas fee
is this a good deal?
i also wonder when i hear alot of people here talk about getting a rebate back a few months ago, should i hold out for a rebate or do u think i should try to get the price down lower? i also check edmunds on the invoice price and its about a $100 bucks or so cheeper but im quite sure he will do it for the actual invoice price when i want to get it and have a particular stock number to work with...
he also told me he will give me invoice on any accessories i want...

If your the owner of a buying service. Or if your first name is "toy" and last name is "yota".
I worked at a high volume toyota dealership and they hated cutting into that, but they would only a couple times of the year. But even then it was only $100-150, never a $1000.

About the only way to realistically get all of the holdback (3% of invoice) is to order "J" Category as a fleet customer. Then you buy at net invoice (invoice-holdback-advertising-incentives). Search has it all.

I got my 03 4Runner in May, 2003 for $1.00 over invoice. Now, that's pretty good for a new vehicle. I know you can get into the holdbacks but it's pretty tough to do so.
I thought that there was a Toyota rebate for the 4runner? I might be wrong and am too lazy to find out

I doubt the dealers would bendover backwards and get into holdback especially with the fact that 4runners are high-demand trucks. I used to sell cars too..... sounds like he's getting a great deal as it already is
