If you offer to scan it and make it into a searchable PDF file, everyone would love you... maybe even throw ya a few bucks.
if anyone has a 94 manual theyd like to scan, id pay $$$. how long are those manuals anyway. . . . 100 pages. . . longer/shorter ?

When I had an Eagle Talon there was a guy who bought service manuals for every generation of the car, along with the wiring diagrams and everything else. He scanned them and made CD's and sold them for $30 each. I bet he sold a thousand of those CD's. I bought one. It was awesome.
If I wanted to do work on my car all I had to do was print out the pages I wanted. Who cares if I got them greasy or whatever. I could even search the entire cd for words, like "timing belt" It was awesome.

no i didnt i got screwed im currently working in the conference room at my family owned business. Im doing route packages for oversize and overloaded trailers. I just started so they threw my computer in the conference room, and guess what they needed to use the conference room for the last hour of the auction and had no way to get online. So i didnt win, im pissed. i would have payed more then what it went for.

you shoulda done a proxy bid. Or what I do - call Mom on the cell and have her watch it for the last five minutes for those bastards that sit in front of the computer at school and bid $.03 cent more than you with 5 seconds left in the auction....not that I do that sorta thing.

When I bought the electrical book for my truck from the dealer it was only about $25, I hope you checked the dealer price before blindly bidding. I've seen that happen way too often on ebay, people paying more than retail for a beat-up used shop manual.
You all know it's illegal to distribute copies of something that's copyrighted, so don't do it.

From my experience proxy bid will drive up the cost to more than what you could get it for.
Everytime you bid someone will bid higher cause "hey, it's just another buck"
Best way is to wait until the last few seconds (depending on your connection) and bid the maximum amount you are willing to buy it for.
This way you beat whatever the previous person proxied for and you don't give them the opportunity to re-bid.
