How much show I pay to have 3rd gen bumper painted?

I'm looking to upgrade my pre-99 bumpers (front and rear). I'm gonna ditch the old chrome ones. The new bumpers are black, but I want to have them painted to match my 4runner. The cladding and fenders are slightly darker than the anthracite color on the doors, rear and hood. Any idea how I could find out the color code for the darker parts? How much should I pay someone to paint them locally. There shouldn't be much prepwork involved (no masking), but I do want it to be a quality job (base, color, clear). Any idea how much is a reasonable amount to pay?

$600-800 to do a nice paint job on all bumpers, and side trim, and flares

ask around, luckily i have a girlfriend from high school whos dad owns a body shop. to do my bumpers, all plastic trim on the truck, bug guard (carbon fiber look one snapped in half and i cant find any one who caries them any more), rain guards, and do a sick chameleon(sp?) paint scheme on the cf hood from 250. pretty much the price of the paint, clear coat, and materials plus 50 bucks or so.

Sorry if I was a little unclear. Side trim and flares are already painted as part of my Limited package. The bumpers are not currently installed. I was looking to see what was a reasonable amount for just having the bumpers painted.
