Wow that's a really great idea for getting back at someone, make their 3rd gen look just like an F150!!! I'll have to use that next time someone pisses me off!
Sorry I couldn't resist...it kinda looks like an F150, just not so Ford-tastic. Looks like original equipment, too...nice!

Both the main grill and bumper insert ran me $190 including shipping. I have always liked the look of billet grills, no matter what vehicle they are on, even ford and chevy
Be warned, the main grill requires A LOT of cutting, grinding, sanding, masking and repainting. Took me about 5 hours start to finish.
