High Pitched whine with first start: Please help
I've recently been experiencing a high pitched whirring/whine when I start my '95 Tacoma 4x4 w/ AT in the morning. It's intermittent and doesn't sem to be related to how cold it is outside.
It sometimes sounds like a wimper, then today, it was back very loud when I start the truck, but dissipates after about 20 seconds. It wasn't terribly cold, maybe 30 degrees today. It sounds like, " wee, wee, wee..." kind of like air being let out of a balloon while stretching the opening, if this makes sense. It is consistent with the engine revs.
A/C idler pulley replaced 10,000 mi. ago; water pump recently replaced; T-case recently replaced. Should I be worried about the timing chain tensioner? Should I have the shop that did the water pump to back off the tension on something a bit? Is there anything I should follow up w/ on the T-case install? I had all of the belts checked, all good
Any help would be appreciated. I'm selling this truck but will only do that in good faith.
Thanks.

It's a 2.7 and all belts are good, had them checked. It's consistent with the engine revs, which made me believe it was a belt.
Any thoughts appreciated, as I'm now trying to sell this and don't want to stick somebody with an intermittent issue.
Thanks
