are you looking to do a retro for your HID's or just the plug and play type?
as for sliders, thats personal prefrence. i bought a set of Trail Gear, but theres also wabfab, allpro, and some others that i cant think of right now, just look around.

havnt installed em yet, there waiting patiently along with the rest of my stuff. but from the few people i talked to that own them they seem to be good for the money. if your going to buy TG anything talk to tofer, another user on here. he is a dealer and thats where i bought mine, real good to deal with.

Idk about the ones for the sliders for rigs. But I heard that trail gear ones were about 2-4" shorter then they "should" be. but if you need them on the cheap then thats the way to go..
