HELP!! steering problem....

Hello folks, been gone for a while, had a 98' landcruiser PRADO I noticed when i'm turning left the steering wheel doesnt go back to the cebter position. instead i have to steer it back to the center. isn't it that a normal steering should turn back to the center position after you turned left or right? also, when i turn the steering wheel i can feel there was a drag not a normal smooth steering. so last week, i replaced the upper and lower left ball joint, left and right tie rod, left and right tie rod end and re aligned the front wheel. test drove and improved a little. but the return of the steering still not normal. i believed that the 4runner in US from 96-02 has the same configuration as 95 series prado. has any encounter such problem? any idea if it is the steering rack? also, is there any body here have the part number of the OEM steering rack bushing? or the one that Energy suspension that they are selling? would like to know if it is the same as the 95 series prado.

thank in advanced!

the wheel returning to center is an effect of the caster pulling back
you need to look at the caster angle you have its definately off
camber is top in or out caster it the trailing of center line like a shopping cart wheel has extreme castor
