Help needed: No starter motor after engine swap.

Swapped a 98 3.4 into a 97 4runner. Used the entire 97 ecu and loom on the 98 engine. For some reason it will not turn over the starter motor. There is no click on the starter solenoid either.

This car does have the Toyota security but I do not have the keyfob. The light in the little black housing that fits in a spare button holder never lights up. How can I bypass the security system?

Also, could someone with a 97 Limited please take a pic of the instrument cluster warning lights with ignition on and engine off?

Thanks.

No one?

Since last night it looks like power isnt getting to the B+ terminal of the ECU yet the fuse is ok. Will check out later when my garage heats up a bit. Currently 19 deg in there!

Figured it out. Big connector on the back of the glove box cover was pushed in but I hadnt closed the locking clamp.

Still would like a pic of the warning lights though. I think I have a few that dont work and need to verify.
