Help me spend my money on my 3.4L

Well i am soon to swap my motor to the 3.4L and i am selling my 3.0L for 2K locally. So i will have $1000us to spend. Help me spend it on performance/improvement parts. Here is what i am thinking so far:

Downey full length headers
MSD Spark plug wires
Denso plugs
Injen powerflow intake
Snorkel
MSD 6 Off Road
MSD Off Road REV control
WHAT OTHER MSD PRODUCTS ARE RECOMMENDED???
Airaid throttle body spacer
TRD Air filter for when i use the stock air box with the snorkel.

You have to go to the section in which you want to post and near the top left there is a link that says post thread or new thread.

So new OEM parts for the motor? What is highly recommended other than new cams?

I am going to run straight pipes right from the headers out the sides (not visible because the cut off it above the frame).

Im not really sure why you like all these MSD products, but you could put this money to more useful upgrades to your vehicle.
Are you getting a swap kit from any sources?
Smartest thing to do is finish your swap, have it running, and then see what extra cash you have.

It is going to cost $350bz for the swap. i have everything needed but time, so i am getting my friend to do it.
MSD has a good record for aftermarket auto parts
i have no idea if throttle body spacers are good or not, hence why i asked.
So i still have $1000us to spend and i would rather worry about performance rather than bumpers.

Just steer clear of the useless crap. As for the TBS, I figured you have been here long enough to read that TBS are not effective on these engines.
If you are going to have 1k to play then pick up a few internals as mentioned.
Coming from the 3.0, you will piss yourself anyways when you run the 3.4.
Bank the rest of the cash and wait for a supercharger upgrade.

unless your gonna put boost to it or high compression then i wouldn't waste the time and money with msd, you won't need it so it won't make much of a difference if any. Also if you are gonna do any wheeling then it could be a glass jaw, the msd box on my mustang screws up if i wash my car, even though they are suppose to be sealed they can be sensitive to moisture.

If you decide to go with the MSD, go with the 6AL, that way you have the multiple spark and the rev limiter both in one unit. If you mount it right, there's no need to spend extra for the off-road MSD.

don't forget that my 3.0L get 130HP to the wheels, 25MPG highway, just about to reach 200,000kilometers, so not even 130,000miles yet.

So $2000bz is worth $1000us. If i didn't need the money i would hold out for $3000bz to sell my 3.0L.

And i wish i could S/C right now but i can't afford a new one yet along with upgrades for it.
