Help me identify these electrical parts

Hey guys, I'm new here!
Just bought a 98 4runner SR5, and now I'm trying to identify some aftermarket electrical items that the PO never used.
In the driver's side fuse box area there are 2 relays. One is likely for remote start. I can see the antenna by the rear view mirror. The PO did not have any remote of any kind and left these relays turned off.
What I would like, is if the other was power door locks. I don't really care about remote start, but power door locks would be handy.
So, I checked under the steering column and the driver's seat. There is one lone wire under the driver's seat... I think this is where a wireless receiver would normally be? There are boxes and wires under the steering column, but I don't know what they're for...

Relays in fuse box area

Under steering column... I recognize the OBD2 connector...

Can't find any writing on this box, but wires connected in the back

Under the driver's seat...
Any ideas? Hope I posted this correctly.
Scott

Well never mind. I ended up taking the dash apart and tracing the wires to the black box. I even took the black box apart... no name or identification whatsoever
