Full Size Spare

Any one out there running 33's (or larger) carrying a full size spare under the bed of an 89-95 pickup??

Looking for ideas to strenthen the hanging gear and alter the bracket/arms that are ment to keep the spare from shifting.

If you can fit it, the gear will be strong enough to hold it.. But I would look into a 33x9.5 to save ground clearance...

I was thinking that direction for a little weight savings too.
It's that darn bracketry is too small. I could fab something new but it'll probably cost me more than the spare.
