yes, i like to edit
i got the part # from Rob's website. Toyota part number 90404-51026 Listed as a "Union" its about 3 bucks each i think. i fits perfectly in the rear, but as you can tell, im having problems with even getting the front breather off the front. im thinking im going to drop the front diff and grind or cut the union fitting down to make it fit in the tight space.

i still wanna know how you guys got the old breather out! hahahahaha. i guess i'll try dropping the diff how flygtenstein suggested.
I got mine off without dropping the diff. it was a slow process but it worked, just one little turn at a time. One problem about cutting that fitting is you'd cut off the little "flared" part so the hose would slip off unless you REALLY crank a hose clamp on there.

Well crap. It looks like it would fit do you mean that it doesn't have clearance to screw in?
About the 90 degree piece, it's not a matter of clearance but the fact that you can only make half a turn with it anyways If you look at This picture you can see that there's a "wall" behind where the breather screws in. unless your's is different I dont see any way of making it work.

I'm a little late on this thread, but I was away. I just ripped the cap off and jammed a hose on top of the stock breather and hose clamped it there.

i couldn't get a hose on the stock breather. i guess my mits are just too big, but today i finally got the breather off without dropping the diff. heh for a while apperently i was turning it the wrong way :pat: don't ask my why. i know that when i grind down the new breather i'll lose the little knob part, but i it'll still work fine, cause the new fitting is so long, if i really wanted to, i could probably even fit 2 clamps. i'll let you guys know how it goes and probably post a pic when im finally done.
