floated tacoma now has no power help!

ok so i was playin around in the rain water and well the title says it, I sunk the tacoma. water level was centameters away from airbox. (dont think any got in) exhaust was fully submerged. and when it sunk I turned it off. its a 96 four cam all stock. pulled it out and started up after a few cranks. it has close to 100,000 on it. i still drive it and drives fine til you give it more then half throttle then it bucks bogs and has no power and the intake sounds much louder. Ive cleaned maf and gave it a tune up. what did I do and help me fix it! thanks in advance.

This is just a wild stab in the dark but I wonder if the O2 sensors got fried. Is there a CEL?

no check engine light. (if thats what ur refering to) not a bad Idea isnt there two of them before and after the cat? if so could it just be the secondary or both? like I said I think that the muddy water got in the exhaust but not in the engine. I did do a scan and nothing came up! thanks for the help again

Maybe your cat or exhaust is clogged now with dirt? A good muffler shop can check your back pressure for you.

did you clean the coilpacks and the plug contacts?

did you pull the plugs?

you could have water down in the plug holes that's shorting out the spark if you didn't pull the plugs and turn the engine over to get the water out of the holes.
