First REAL outing w/ pics

Well this is the first time I have posted pics and they are from my first real organized ride. I went with the Kansas City 4Wheel Drive Assoc. to J&D ORV Park www.jdorv.com in Joplin, Missouri.

It rained pretty much all day. We spent most of the morning checking the place out, doing some hill climbs (glad I was locked in the rear) and since this is an old quarry we found some rather larger rock piles to play on.

This was the only time I was around someone with a camera. I only wish I had others to give you a sense of the place.

It sounds like you had a good time. You better get some more friends with cameras. We want to see more muddy pics.

Yeap...I have OME all the way around, including the 882 springs up front.

However, by simply taking your running boards off it appears as if you have given yourself a 2" lift. I'd take em' of before a tree or rock takes them off for you

Next time out I'll try to get more pics.

fyi... Like Ranski said, pull the running boards for an instant (look-a-like) 2" lift...

cool. now I now what mine would look like with a hood scoop and wilderness rack. I know that's a yakima but I can imagine the wilderness rack.

My boards have actually saved me from body damage from 2 trees.

REALLY? It sure doesn't seem like they are stiff enough to withstand any sort of impact.

Glad to hear they saved you from some expensive body work

How do they look after the run in with the trees?
