Finally something to post
Finally have something worth posting and wanted to share some photos of my 4runner limited heated seats conversion. These were out of a 2001 4runner, converted to fit a 2002 Tacoma DCab. Had to recover, paint and wire for power and heat. Plus needed two of the feet off my Tacoma seats to level and fit properly. Thanks for all the knowledge I gained from those on the forum, that helped me complete this project.

Thanks Lee.
No I don't have a write-up, but I took some notes, since my Digital camera was having issues at the time. The hardest part for me was the feet, but for you lucky runner owners this is direct bolt up. The only issue is wiring, and from what I understand the harnesses are different between the limited's and SR5's. So you would need to wire for the heates, and power portion.
Beyond the seat feet, figuring out toyota's wiring of the switches was the biggest pain in the Arss. I tapped off my aux 12v input's, for the heaters, and already had power under the drivers seat that I used to power both seats.
Then all the cleanup of the seats, since these were from the junkyard they had alot of glass in the tracks. Lastly all the painting. I also had to paint the tracks since these were also originally brown, like the rest of the parts...
If anyone decides to venture I could answer most question, plus I still have the wiring schematics for the power, and heat. The one thing I would change on my install, was that I would have used one of the Auxilary fuse block's from SummitRacing. I might still in the near future....
