How many RHD diesel Toyota's do you estimate are in the US? Not very many I estimate. Someone needs to start snatching up diesel replacements for the benzin engines we all have.

$1500 for that? What a joke. From what I've read, the wiring is pretty basic and I don't see how a PS line and an unnecessary radiator hose could add up to such an exorbitant price...

I suppose if you had never done any kind of swap and you had lots of money to blow then this might be a nice route to take, but from what they're offering, I say it's way to much...

I also don't see a reason to go diesel right now (unless you're making biodiesel). It costs more per gallon than 87 oct. and you might net +2-4 MPG max for your $5000 investment...

The price on the kzn130 seems funny. How can the price of the 1KZ-TE (3.0L) engine be the same as that of the 2L-TE (2.4L) engine?

So I'm not sure, but the listed prices are for a kit that consits of some wiring and plumbing? That would be super cheap if it included the engine and tranny too, but it sounds like it doesn't. Especially since it does include shipping.

amrinc, go to the Engine Swap section, and read the 3.4 conversion builds - that should help you out termendously. BTW, you need to use the 3.0 oil pan and pickup tube to fit the 5V into our older trucks.
