Here's the closest thing to it:
http://ncttora.com/fsm/2003/index.html

Depends on where you are looking for parts. IF you click on the component section of the link, there should be a list of the components.

looks good but it is for a 01-04 tacoma?? unless I am blind? need for a 1997 4 Runner. thanks! I also have a 2000 Tacoma and I was able to find an insurance type parts breakdown and approx prices with line drawings! No luck with the 97 though!

I heard some of the part numbers are different now, but are usually still in the computer, just superseded by a new part number.
Next best thing to having an EPC from the dealership.
My buddy works for a dealership here in WA and has gone through a bunch of the part numbers for his 97 Taco and has not found any mistakes yet.

Autozone.com has a bunch of exploded schematics on file.

Just enter your VIN--it definitely has US models in its data base. In my case, it knows I have a Cali. emissions manual and I doubt those were sold in Europe. I haven't tried my '97 Brazilian HiLux SW4 because I don't have the VIN with me.
