exhaust leak?

Hey guys this is my first post, I have a 02 tacoma 4x4 with 30k miles. I have been hearing a noise here and there coming from what sounds like under the extra cab or under the bed. It sounds like a cricket churping and it only happens when I give the truck a little gas. If I give it more gas it goes away and if I give it no gas it goes away, only when I give it enough gas to maintain speed does the noise happen. Anyway I was diging my truck out of the snow today and decided to take a look under it to see if I could notice anything strange. I found a few clumps of light green snow so i looked up and right where the exhaust connects to the muffler there is a clump of green fluid that is dripping. its not a huge leak but its a leak. I looked under the hood and I have the red coolant so that threw me for a loop because I thought the headgasket was leaking and it was getting into the exhaust. Im taking it to the dealer this week but i was just seeing if anyone had any ideas as to what was causing this.

Sounds like something got on there to me. I can't think of anything that is green in color that would be dripping anywhere near the connection to the muffler.

Sounds like a trip to the dealer is in order, as you mentioned. The exhaust leak, if it exists, will be covered under warranty unless you hit something.

Not unless the cat is somehow changing the color of some moisture in the pipe (some weird chemical reaction or something) and you have a leak.

If you can take a pic it would help our assumptions out greatly.

Just to let ya know.. I'm from Boston and we got whacked w/ a blizzard... but anyways.. while I was shoveling out my Runner from the 3 feet of snow.. after I moved my ride (4wd mode).. I see some yellowish substance leak from the exhaust section that connects to the muffler... actually, from the cat back was leaking the green substance.. it wasn't much.. but its just not cool not knowing what the heck is it.. Can you let me know when you find out from the dealer what it could be.. I'm leaning with what JimBena and 96runner is saying that it could be some corrosion color coming from the pipes.. but any new info will put me to ease....
