EVAP/VSV/VPS/Gas line routing on CA 96 4runner 3.4L

I had some body work and the charcoal canister replace after sliding into a pole last winter. I think the shop got the routing wrong or the wrong VSV for EVAP or the Vapor Pressure Sensor. I have a gas line going to the VSV for EVAP where a vacuum hose from the intake should be. Anyone know whats goin on here? Or have a California 96 4Runner 3.4L?

Edit: See updated pic with notes. (In the third pic the top line is the one going to the VSV for EVAP.)
