Alright so I am putting a cage and chopping the back of my runner roof off. So I gutted out the interior to start the work stated above. I started it up after putting in different axle shafts, to bleed the brakes. Turned it off for about 15 minutes. Then went to go drive it and it would not start. At first it just sounded like when you dont press the pedal all the way down and it clicks. The next time I tried to start it acted like the battery was dead. So I put a volt meter on the battery-12.89V. But the truck acts like its dead. If you turn the lights on, the relay's just click but nothing happends. Also I noticed after i turned the truck off when it did run, the power door locks where clicking,(trying to unlock the rear doors because the key was in the ignition??) The front doors are off, and have been off for awhile now. I am thinking there's some connector that I unplugged that needs to be plugged in for the engine to run? I did not mess with the engine except to bypass the rear heater coolant lines during the process of the guttin the interior out.

Sorry for the stupid long post... But any ideas?

You nailed it like a split log. I figured it out like 20 minutes ago. Yeah I disconnected the battery when I started taking everything out, when I reconnected it there was alittle bit of crossion in between the clamps, so the terminal was just loose. Thanks man.
