Driving lights modification
Has anyone with 2003 4Runner made this mod yet? I want to be able to turn the parking lights on and have the driving lights be on as well. Currently the only way to have the driving lights on is when the headlights are on.
I made this same mod to my Tundra, but the wiring and switch is different on my wife's 4Runner.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had OEM driving lights in our 98 Maxima. The relay for the lights was under the hood. They only operated with the low beams. So, I took out the relay, and found the wire that received 12V when the low beams were on, clipped it, and tied it into the 12V for the rear window defogger relay, which has 12V whenever the car was running. Then, I could turn the driving lights on whenever I wanted, and they turned off with the car. I did the same mod for a couple friends.

To what, 95_Copycat since I've installed most of the "popular" mods? A few thousand dollars poorer too, I must add.
