Downey 1.5" rear springs
Let me start by saying my driver side rear springs are broke, and the shackles are rusted to hell. So heres my question I was looking at my downey catalog (have to read it in the dark so my wife doesn't catch me ) anyway they have the 1.5" lift rear springs and torrsion bars as a kit. I was wondering if I really need the hd torrsion bars, or can I just crank the stock ones to level the truck out. Now to the shackles they have 2 options the downey & the rubicon, just wondering what the better brand is and if there is any difference in the 2. Thanks guys

How much crank are you guys talking about?
If you crank the fronts (and maybe with the new TBs too), you are going to need manual hubs otherwise those CV boots might not last too long.
Sorry, I don't have anymore answers for ya.
