Door hinge compatibility

both door hinges on my truck are shot. they are very sloppy and the door hangs quite a bit. on ebay there is a pair of hinges from a 87 4runner. will these fit on my 2wd 91 truck single cab?

you can get pins and bushings from most autoparts stores to fix your slopy hinges

really that woul dbe awesome and would save me some time. i jsut need the new pins. any idea how much it will cost and is a dealer only item or will any local autopart store have em?
