Hi, I just replaced my stock shocks with the Tokico TrekMaster shocks on my 4Runner 3.4L V6 about 2 days ago. I am using the stock springs, only the shocks are replaced with the Tokico TrekMaster shocks. I am wondering if I need to perform a front wheel alignment or it is not required ? Let me know, thank you

I'm no expert but I don't believe you need an alignment after replacing front shocks on a 4Runner.

explain this to me .. in order to do the front shocks you have to pull the front spring out. Then when you put it back in, it would need to be alligned, right? and if no, then why not?

No, you don't. Replacing the shocks requires removal and rebuild of the coilpack. Unless you put a spacer in there or some other type of lift, then when the coilpack goes back in, it will rest at the same exact height as before, and therefore won't change the geometry of the front suspension, only the ride characteristics.
