DOA 3VZE carb setup?

Anyone know anything more about it other than they are working on one?

Churnd-

A carb set-up gives you tuning ability at each cylinder depending on what set-up you go with. You can also install velocity stacks, which further improve performance. The drawback is that they are tedious to tune, and if you don’t get it right the vehicle is slower and hard to start. But once you get them in, watch out! You can also dump more fuel, more easily if you do a lot of mods.

Many of the old school 911 racers run carbs for the reasons mentioned above.

Carbs can easily make more power than any stock ECU, fuel injection and carburetion are two completely different methods of delivering fuel, and carbs make more power if tuned and set up optimally.

Cool. I didn't know that. The only drawback, I guess, would be if you rockcrawled. But then again, I think they make some pretty good carbs now that can run at pretty extreme angles. I've always loved the simplicity of carbureated engines. EFI, while having it's advantages, is a major bitch to tune.

for the street, i'd take a properly tuned carb over fuel injection any day. offroad is a different matter, i prefer throttle body injection for it's relative simplicity compared to MPI
