Question Differences between models

So here i got my newish 2001 4runner sr5 sport,

What is the difference between the sr5 and the limited?

And I just have to mention, My friend and I tore off the dash (so i could get my deck and cb mounted) and it scared me because the wire harness that I unplugged from the deck didnt match the specific for my year and type harness I got from cartoys...

Then I followed that one down to another box, with the right harnesses I needed plugged into that one, it had heat sinks on that one, so i removed it and was wondering, was this an external speaker amp that came with my 4runner or something I should be concerned about...

Plugging in my factory deck, I noticed there was 2 antenna type connectors, and the smaller one couldnt go anywhere on my new deck, is this a secondary antenna in the back window?

Ducky,

See "Step 6" in my write up. I think this is what you are talking about.

Not to be ignorant, but do have a link to the writeup, or where it is?

That was an amp. (Sucks) But you dont need it cause you are running right off head unit. I just took mine out to give me more room for wires. The smaller antenna plug is the for the antenna that is in the back passenger window. You wont need that either. Your head unit will just use the power antenna.

I just removed that amp because your new head unit has more than enough power. Now I have room for the XM equipment if I want to. And it would be hidden.
