Did this come off my truck? (pics)

Found this on the garage floor - not sure what it is or where it goes. It's come sort of rubber cap or something about 1" tall....





Any ideas?

looks like an an unused wire harness or fiewall plug where there is a large hole in the body... or a drainage hole

Just guessing here but look under your hood and see If it is one of the stops for your hood. If it is there will be another like it right on the metal cross bar that runs in front of the radiater or somewhere in that area.

Maybe a plug on the back side of the brake drum - used to access the adjuster mechinism?

it looks like the drain plug that goes up in the back fender wells (by the side bumbers)

Hmm - that seems most plausible - since I found it in the back of the garage (by the bumper) and I just recently took off my stock bumper to put on the custom one. I'll look around in that area.

youve been here since nov. 2002, and dont know that any mentions of a custom bumper install should be accompanied by PICS!?

Yup - that was it.

Oh, and I topped of the blinker fluid while I was back there - it was reallly low.
