hey just wondierng if any one knows a website or company that sells diamond plate for the bed rails on the tacomas?????

Any local truck/auto supply store in your town should carry some or be able to order some...there are tons of places that sell them I would think...Westin, UWS, WAAG, Smittybuilt, are just a few that come to mind....

Try Summitracing or 4wheelparts too.
