denso 02 sensor part numbers?
for my 1997 V6 runner...
I'm looking to replace both the one in front and the one in the rear of the cat.
getting the p0420 code again...
went to amazon, and the prices are great, but cannot tell which one is behind and in front of the cat?

URD is good. I prefer to go to the source.

On the other board, there was one application that URD and Denso both had wrong. The wire was too short. (Sorry, it wasn't my truck and I don't remember which one.) Putting the Toyota number into the Denso cross-reference got it right. (Second tab on link above). Consider doing it both ways to be safe.

Proof of the accuracy of my previous statement.
So yeah...let's see if we can make things any more confusing for the guy...
BTW, how the hell could Denso be right and wrong at the same time? Sorry, that makes no sense whatsoever.
Anyways, "part number" generally means the Toyota part number. You can ALWAYS count on it being correct. They built the thing, they know what parts go on it.
Source? I AM THE TOYOTA PART NUMBER SOURCE. RESPECT MY AUTHORITY!!!

Toyota part numbers are great if you are buying from a dealer, but if you want the same part from an original equipment supplier at a much lower price, you need the manufacturer's part number--in this case, Denso. If a non-dealer seller, say on Amazon, posts a Toyota part number, then you are relying on a cross-reference done by that seller. I prefer to do it myself.
Sorry, but I've never been good about respecting authority.
