Dealer Work question

This might be a stupid question but, I got my front rotors resurfaced and pads replced back in june '06 and they are completely warped again and the pads are starting to grind and squeal. I am not hard at all on the brakes so I have no idea what is up. I am wondering if dealerships typically have a certain amount of time that they guarantee the work that they do on a car? If so, could i get my brakes re done.

I doubt they will redo them espcially since it's been so long. It's common for the 4runner rotors to warp due to heat. When you get then resurfaced it just takes away material and thus they warp even faster than regular. Most people have good experiences with brembo blanks and oem pads.
