Everything in the front end is the same on a 4Runner and a Tacoma.
So, yes, they'll fit.
However, it is a major pain in the ass to press out and press in the control arm bushings. I would recommend just getting lower mileage LCA's from a junk yard or just going brand new from a dealer.

my dads a master tech for toyotas and theres a press at his work so i dont think it would be that bad. and in vermont junkyards low milage stuff is usally above 150000 miles and is rusted unfortunatly, so that makes the realy good stuff cost alot like $100-250 for a control arm.

I disagree with the Scuba on this one. I bought oem bushings and did the press work myself with the stock bottle jack, a socket, and an arbor press. All the threads on this site about replacing LCA bushings make it seem way harder then it is.

I got prices from here. http://www.toyotapartsales.com/partl...&siteid=214074
Printed the prices out and took them to the dealership to buy them. They matched the prices.
