Exclamation cylinder numbering

my manual disappeared and so did my cylinder numbering chart... looking for the numbering on a 97 4runner v6. any help would be great. I need the numbering due to a check engine light on cylinder four. the code comes up twice for each check engine light. it seems to be ok at first, but once the engine warms up the acceleration turns into a rough, jerky problem. after this, the idling will jerk, lowering the rpms. i replaced spark plugs before and it solved the problem about a year ago, but now it's back. this time i replaced the spark plugs and the problem got worse. any help would be appreciated.

thanks
