"Cylinder 4 Misfire"

I have a 99 4runner SRV 3.4L. My 4runner has been starting and running fine after it sits for 4 plus hours. But after I run it for about 15 minutes it starts to shake. It will not shake when it goes into neutral or if I slam the gas pretty hard. I have a "Cylinder 4 Misfire" CEL thrown. I just changed the plugs and wires and it did not fix the issue. I am going to switch the coil packs tomorrow and see if I throw a separate code, but wouldn't it be saying that (2) cylinders are misfiring if it were a bad coil pack? So, I think it's either a coil pack or my #4 injector. I have heard the driver's side injectors were very tough to replace, but does anyone have a write-up with pictures for the #4? Also, can anyone give me the process of checking the ohms of my injectors? I know I am asking alot but this is a very annoying problem and I hate to pay a shop to do it. There are some pretty smart people on here so I thought I'd ask.

So I swapped the coil packs this morning and it did not change my CEL. I still have a cylinder 4 misfire. Before I go and buy an injector does anyone have ANY other ideas on what it could be?

Maybe when I get back from church I will see if I can find a test procedure for the injector.
See if you kind find some helpful info here.

Haynes manual was a little help. Says to take a stethescope and place it to each injector and listen while the truck is running. You can also use a long screw driver to do this. Put the end of the screwdriver on the injector and your ear to the handle. Check another cylinder first to see it it should sound.
OHMs on each injector should be between 12-16.
