It seems whenver I am making a tight right turn up over a bump or onto an incline I get a loud creaking/groaning sound as the truck flexes. Any idea what this would be? Doesn't do it when just turning, but when going up over something or up an incline.

1988 4Runner SR5, 3.0, Automatic, 202000 miles.
