Couple 'o clutch q's

Try saying that 5 times fast

I'm prepping to do the clutch on my '98 Tacoma, and was wondering...
  • Do I actually have to remove part of the exhaust for this job? The manual says yes, but for the sake of rusted bolts/things going wrong, I want to say no.
  • Where would be the best place to get another resurfaced or new flywheel (Marlins website only lists flywheels up to '95 for the 4cyl), time constraints will most likely not allow me to resurface my own ?
  • I did this on my old '88 pickup, real PITA, is there anything significantly different on this model?

Thanks in advance for your replies, Cheers

replacing the clutch is ALWAYS a pita..on every vehicle. Especialy FWD ones.

Anyways, a local tranny shop or machine shop could resurface your flywheel.
