Could i use these on my 99 4Runner? (coil overs)

found these on ebay, can they be used on my 4runner?

no. bolt pattern on the top plate won't work on the runner. you may be able to get them and then swap the plate though...

hmmmmmm.... and my stock top plate wouldnt work?

Nope..But you might be able to re-drill the coil bucket on your truck.

I had these Fabtechs. They are OK, but not Good. I would save more money and go for Donahoe Racing or King Coilovers. These are higher quality shocks, and the upper mount has a built in shock pivot unlike the Fox/ Fabtech ones. Just my 2 Cents.
